The sun, positive and negative effects
The sun is our friend, but it can sometimes betray us. We must learn to know it and relate to it correctly.
Sun exposure brings numerous benefits, for example to the bones, the psyche, but in summer and especially during the hottest hours, it can create complications for our body.

Excessive and prolonged exposure of the body to the sun's rays causes the terrible "sunstroke" with generalized disorders, but first or second degree skin burns are also very frequent.
In particular, first-degree burns, also known as superficial burns, are the most common after prolonged sun exposure and are characterized by deep involvement of only the epidermis, the most superficial layer of the skin. Treatment involves dressings with specialized aids, and healing occurs within a few days. Second-degree burns, on the other hand, are more serious and involve both the epidermis and the dermis. Healing takes longer and requires complex dressings, sometimes even requiring surgery with skin grafts.
Skin protection
All of these conditions can obviously be prevented with the right precautions. First and foremost, it's essential to avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours of the day (from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM). It's also important to properly apply sunscreen, using high-quality products with an SPF of at least 50+. After the beach, it's important to moisturize skin stressed by the sun's rays with after-sun moisturizers.
Solar radiation also causes numerous aesthetic disorders such as annoying sunspots or actinic spots. They arise after prolonged and repeated exposure to the sun without adequate protection and their treatment is based on chemical peels or laser therapy.
There are a few precautions to follow to avoid even serious consequences with damage that in some cases can even be permanent.
Take care of your skin and it will thank you.
