Since my early years at university, the cornerstone of my career has been to develop a comprehensive assessment of the patient, essential for optimal physiotherapy treatment.

Through in-depth study of manual therapy, it was possible to optimize and apply the principles of rehabilitation medicine, which extends beyond the basic mechanisms of "traditional" rehabilitation. My training began at a Swiss university (Lugano, 2010-2014) with a four-year academic program, all focused on orthopedic science, which is essential for understanding musculoskeletal pathologies.

Subsequently, in 2015, I obtained a master's degree in Australia (Perth, Curtin University) in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, which allowed me to learn osteopathic techniques and spinal manipulations according to the concepts of Maitland, Kaltenborn, Mulligan and Mackenzie.

After my experience abroad, I returned to Italy as manager of the rehabilitation center at Via Donatello 75, becoming a partner in 2019. My work at this rehabilitation center allowed me to work with athletes from the National Fencing Team, as well as with Serie A volleyball and basketball professionals.

From 2020 to 2023, I completed my second Master's degree in Milan (GSTM), where I further developed osteopathic and manual techniques, essential for the rapid and effective treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, including the peripheral and central nervous systems. This program has qualified me for the internationally recognized title of Orthokinetic Rehabilitator, a new professional profile in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.

Dr. Francesco Omarini is an expert in physiotherapy and postural re-education, with an international background in wellness and rehabilitation.

After graduating in Sports Sciences at ISEF in Rome, he began his career as an athletic trainer, before moving to Rio de Janeiro, where he took on the role of Golf Master Trainer and Instructor at the Wellness Institute Technogym Brasil.

Upon returning to Italy, he graduated in Physiotherapy from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at La Sapienza University in Rome. He specialized in Mézières Medical-Postural Gymnastics and Dynamic Muscle Re-education (RDM), completing a Master's degree in Kabat FNP for neurological diseases at the A. Gemelli Hospital of the Catholic University.
An expert in manual therapies, such as Osteopathic Thrust, and post-traumatic athletic recovery, he is currently the physiotherapist for Stella Azzurra Basketball. He is also an adjunct professor in the Posturology and Biomechanics Masters programs at the Universities of Palermo and Rome.

Dr. Omarini also specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, specializing in the treatment of benign positional vertigo and balance disorders. He continues to pursue advanced training in Italy and abroad to ensure an innovative and comprehensive approach to postural and trauma rehabilitation.

Dr. Gennaro D'Orsi is a medical surgeon and specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.
After graduating in Medicine and Surgery with honors and publication honors, he completed his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at the University of Rome "La Sapienza," also with honors. During this time, he served in the Plastic Surgery Unit of Sant'Andrea Hospital in Rome, participating in approximately 900 major surgical procedures, including over 150 autologous tissue transplants with free flaps (microsurgical).

In order to perfect his training in the most advanced and innovative techniques in Plastic Surgery, he has gained numerous work experiences abroad:

- In the United Kingdom (UK) in 2017, at the Department of Plastic Surgery at St John's Hospital in Livingston.
- In the United States (USA) in 2018, at the University of South Florida (USF), Tampa General Hospital and Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, USA.
- In Holland (NL) in 2019, at the Plastic Surgery Department of the Radboud University Medical Center, Nijmegen.

Dr. D'Orsi completed his training with the Fellowship in "Experimental and Clinical Reconstructive Microsurgery," sponsored by the Italian Society of Microsurgery (SIM), at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità in Rome.

Currently a PhD researcher at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and a member of the Educational Board of the international scientific journal Plastic, Reconstructive and Regenerative Surgery (PRRS), Dr. D'Orsi is a full member of the Italian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SICPRE), the only Italian society exclusively for plastic surgery specialists.

Dr. Gennaro D'Orsi has spoken at the most important and prestigious international conferences on Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, such as the European (EURAPS) and Italian (SICPRE) congresses, and is the author of numerous scientific publications in leading international plastic and aesthetic surgery journals.

Passionate about manual techniques, she uses an approach that places the patient at the center of the rehabilitation process, guiding them toward greater body awareness. She has recently begun teaching yoga, aiming to improve her patients' physical and mental well-being.

I am Dr. Susanna Pagnotta, a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology.
