We are a team of specialists who provide professionalism and expertise to support each patient in every aspect of the treatment process: from prevention to post-surgical or post-traumatic rehabilitation.

Through in-depth study of manual therapy, it was possible to optimize and apply the principles of rehabilitation medicine, which extends beyond the basic mechanisms of "traditional" rehabilitation. My training began at a Swiss university (Lugano, 2010-2014) with a four-year academic program, all focused on orthopedic science, which is essential for understanding musculoskeletal pathologies.
Subsequently, in 2015, I obtained a master's degree in Australia (Perth, Curtin University) in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, which allowed me to learn osteopathic techniques and spinal manipulations according to the concepts of Maitland, Kaltenborn, Mulligan and Mackenzie.
After my experience abroad, I returned to Italy as manager of the rehabilitation center at Via Donatello 75, becoming a partner in 2019. My work at this rehabilitation center allowed me to work with athletes from the National Fencing Team, as well as with Serie A volleyball and basketball professionals.
From 2020 to 2023, I completed my second Master's degree in Milan (GSTM), where I further developed osteopathic and manual techniques, essential for the rapid and effective treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, including the peripheral and central nervous systems. This program has qualified me for the internationally recognized title of Orthokinetic Rehabilitator, a new professional profile in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
After graduating in Sports Sciences at ISEF in Rome, he began his career as an athletic trainer, before moving to Rio de Janeiro, where he took on the role of Golf Master Trainer and Instructor at the Wellness Institute Technogym Brasil.
Upon returning to Italy, he graduated in Physiotherapy from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at La Sapienza University in Rome. He specialized in Mézières Medical-Postural Gymnastics and Dynamic Muscle Re-education (RDM), completing a Master's degree in Kabat FNP for neurological diseases at the A. Gemelli Hospital of the Catholic University.
An expert in manual therapies, such as Osteopathic Thrust, and post-traumatic athletic recovery, he is currently the physiotherapist for Stella Azzurra Basketball. He is also an adjunct professor in the Posturology and Biomechanics Masters programs at the Universities of Palermo and Rome.
Dr. Omarini also specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, specializing in the treatment of benign positional vertigo and balance disorders. He continues to pursue advanced training in Italy and abroad to ensure an innovative and comprehensive approach to postural and trauma rehabilitation.

Over the past 10 years, when I began my work experience with Pilates matwork, I have added training in personal training with a focus on postural fitness.
My work is based on a 360-degree client approach to solve functional problems by reshaping one's physical form.
I have a diploma and specialization in:
Pilates matwork
A Pilates method that involves only free-body exercises performed, as the title suggests, on a mat and without the aid of machines. Pilates MatWork, like the entire Pilates method, was invented by Joseph Hubertus Pilates, who assigned additional exercises to be performed without the aid of the machines he invented.
Pilates MatWork works on postural muscles, with the aim of promoting greater body balance and increasing muscle support for the spine.
Pilates Reformer
Based on the use of machinery, which includes a repertoire of exercises for the whole body, using a tool specifically designed to strengthen, tone, lengthen and shape through a series of very specific exercises.
The machine, thanks to its structure and spring system, allows for a complete workout by strengthening the muscles of the entire body and improving flexibility, joint flexibility, and posture.
The Pilates Reformer, although it greatly stimulates endurance, can also be suitable for low-impact workouts (especially at the beginning or during rehabilitation phases) and can be used several times a week.
Postural training
It is a postural gymnastics course that aims to correct and achieve correct body posture through a series of balanced, harmonious and interrelated movements.
Personal training
A personal trainer (also known as a personal coach and commonly referred to by the acronym PT) is a professional figure responsible for individually managing the physical exercise of those who are new to or practicing physical activity to improve their health or fitness.
Pathologies treated
Back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, postural imbalances, muscle hypotonia.
Therapies / Treatment
I work on: flexibility, mobility, muscle strengthening.

I am happy to make myself available at the FisioFlaminio studio.

The path was born from my need to eat everything with gusto, combining foods in a healthy and correct way.
My dishes are colorful, delicious, and cheerful! I want to teach my patients how to eat well and feel healthy, without sacrificing their figure or taste.
I want to help my patients make peace with the scale by no longer counting calories.
Thanks to my #LESSCHILIMORESMILES® program, you'll discover how easy and even fun it is to go on a diet. By following my advice and adopting new, healthy eating habits, you'll quickly get back into shape without much effort. I myself know how important it is to indulge every now and then. That's why, for example, I always give my patients Sunday off, a holiday when they can let their hair down, with the promise of getting back to work on Monday.

It's the perfect environment for patients to escape the stress and commitments of daily life and work, take time for themselves and relax, and dedicate themselves entirely to their physical and mental well-being.
