Driven by a strong passion for holistic health, I moved to Rome to pursue my studies with a Master's degree in Physical Activity and Health Promotion at the University of Tor Vergata. For the past two years, I have worked in Rome as a massage therapist and physical rehabilitation specialist, integrating evidence-based techniques with a personalized approach to patient care.
My specializations include:
Resistance training and fitness coaching
Swedish massage
Decontracting and relaxing massage
Sports massage
Physical rehabilitation for injuries and chronic pain
Whether you want to improve your physical performance, recover from an injury, or simply relax, I'm here to support you with professional and personalized treatments.

Through in-depth study of manual therapy, it was possible to optimize and apply the principles of rehabilitation medicine, which extends beyond the basic mechanisms of "traditional" rehabilitation. My training began at a Swiss university (Lugano, 2010-2014) with a four-year academic program, all focused on orthopedic science, which is essential for understanding musculoskeletal pathologies.
Subsequently, in 2015, I obtained a master's degree in Australia (Perth, Curtin University) in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, which allowed me to learn osteopathic techniques and spinal manipulations according to the concepts of Maitland, Kaltenborn, Mulligan and Mackenzie.
After my experience abroad, I returned to Italy as manager of the rehabilitation center at Via Donatello 75, becoming a partner in 2019. My work at this rehabilitation center allowed me to work with athletes from the National Fencing Team, as well as with Serie A volleyball and basketball professionals.
From 2020 to 2023, I completed my second Master's degree in Milan (GSTM), where I further developed osteopathic and manual techniques, essential for the rapid and effective treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, including the peripheral and central nervous systems. This program has qualified me for the internationally recognized title of Orthokinetic Rehabilitator, a new professional profile in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
Yes, massage therapy is contraindicated in case of:
During a session, the patient is positioned comfortably and the therapist applies specific manual techniques to the areas to be treated. The duration generally varies between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on individual needs.
The number of sessions varies depending on the condition being treated and the individual patient's response. Some benefits can be felt after the first session, but for long-lasting results, a series of treatments is often recommended.
Massage therapy is generally safe for most people. However, it is important to consult a qualified professional to evaluate any specific contraindications.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing. During the session, you may be asked to uncover the area to be treated, while maintaining maximum privacy and comfort for the patient.
Coverage varies depending on your insurance policy. It is advisable to check with our receptionist to see if massage therapy sessions are included in your health plan.
You can book a session either through our website or by contacting us by phone. Our staff will be happy to assist you in choosing the treatment best suited to your needs.
