WHAT IS YOGA?
The yoga It is a set of physical, mental, and spiritual practices and disciplines of Indian origin. It is part of one of the six traditional orthodox schools of Hindu philosophy and aims to maintain the balance of the soul.

HOW IT WORKS
Although there are a number of schools of thought and yoga techniques, in the field of physiotherapy, yoga includes the execution and practice through the body of certain postures and/or figures called “asanas”.
The main ones are the so-called 12 queen asanas or basic asanas, namely:
