Over the past 10 years, when I began my work experience with Pilates matwork, I have added training in personal training with a focus on postural fitness.
My work is based on a 360-degree client approach to solve functional problems by reshaping one's physical form.

Pilates matwork
A Pilates method that involves only free-body exercises performed, as the title suggests, on a mat and without the aid of machines. Pilates MatWork, like the entire Pilates method, was invented by Joseph Hubertus Pilates, who assigned additional exercises to be performed without the aid of the machines he invented.
Pilates MatWork works on postural muscles, with the aim of promoting greater body balance and increasing muscle support for the spine.
Pilates Reformer
Based on the use of machinery, which includes a repertoire of exercises for the whole body, using a tool specifically designed to strengthen, tone, lengthen and shape through a series of very specific exercises.
The machine, thanks to its structure and spring system, allows for a complete workout by strengthening the muscles of the entire body and improving flexibility, joint flexibility, and posture.
The Pilates Reformer, although it greatly stimulates endurance, can also be suitable for low-impact workouts (especially at the beginning or during rehabilitation phases) and can be used several times a week.
Postural training
It is a postural gymnastics course that aims to correct and achieve correct body posture through a series of balanced, harmonious and interrelated movements.
Personal training
A personal trainer (also known as a personal coach and commonly referred to by the acronym PT) is a professional figure responsible for individually managing the physical exercise of those who are new to or practicing physical activity to improve their health or fitness.
